`pub-NSDNC`

USAGE: pub-NSDNC <0|1> <string>

If installed via the Store-of-stores, by default, pub-NSDNC will be symlinked in $IOI_BIN. Determine the location of $IOI_BIN for your OS and add the path to your $PATH environment, in order to access the tool from any directory.
